EDS is seeking candidates for the position of Operations Dispatcher:
We are hiring! EDS, Inc., is seeking an Operations Dispatcher. Join our growing emergency response restoration company where you will serve as the Information Hub, (people, places, & equipment).
You will support the project management team, manage daily job schedules, on call schedules, and communicate daily with all team leaders on project status. Documentation of job files, closing job files, and uploading all required documents.
Responsibilities include purchasing and managing inventory of equipment and supplies, maintain equipment list. Serving as building facility manager to delegate and monitor cleaning and maintenance of building both interior and exterior.
This position coordinates and updates our safety programs within our safety manual and in our online safety program.

NOTE: This position is located in Souderton, PA. This is NOT a remote position. This is a hands-on position – candidate must be able to lift/move equipment, boxes, etc. and use a forklift when necessary. This position also serves as Team Lead in the on-call rotation schedule.
Qualifications for this position include at least 3 years of experience in construction, estimating, or inventory management. Candidate must have proficient computer skills, with emphasis on above average working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
Additional skills include good math skills, be detail oriented, excellent communication skills both written and verbal; with good telephone manner. Regular telephone communication with customers, team members, and vendors. Strong team player, dependable, reliable. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, (Spanish speaking a plus).
