As Vice President and as an Owner of Eastern Diversified Services, Inc., Mark Guinther has earned the designation of Certified Restorer from the National Institute of Disaster Restoration/Restoration Industry Association. He also holds a degree from Spring Garden College in Construction Engineering.
Mark first joined EDS in 1992 and has advanced through several management positions prior to his current role as Vice President. His extensive wealth of restoration knowledge and experience along with his construction education has been a great asset to the organization.
With 25 years of restoration experience with EDS, Mark has worked on many significant projects over the years. He regularly works with educational and healthcare institutions along with several property management organizations.
In addition to being a Certified Restorer, Mark Guinther holds a variety of specialty certifications including OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety.
Matt Ziegler is one of our Senior Project Managers and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your project. With over 25 years in the construction and restoration industry, Matt has earned a multitude of certifications; including Certified Mold Restoration Specialist, Water Loss Specialist, Applied Structural Drying, EPA Lead Renovator, and CERC/Healthcare Infection Control. Matt is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with a degree in Business Administration and Economics.
As a Senior Project Manager, Matt has vast experience leading teams and managing many noteworthy projects. He has managed many of our education and healthcare projects including hospitals, medical centers, universities and school districts. Matt also has a wide range of experience managing restoration projects for multi-family/property management organizations.
While Matt's project management experience for emergency restoration is top notch, he also has an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple long term large loss projects simultaneously.
Tom Lynch is a Project Manager with 17 years of experience in construction and restoration. He has been employed with EDS for 10 years working on a variety of emergency restoration projects.
Tom has earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania majoring in education and business. He is currently enrolled in a Master’s Program through Chestnut Hill College.
During his tenure with our organization, Tom has earned multiple certifications including Water Loss Specialist, He has also earned his 30 Hour OSHA Construction Certification.
Tom has managed several significant restoration projects in the education and healthcare sectors; most notably projects at several K-12 educational facilities, large hospital facilities, and several senior living facilities.
Our Operations Manager, Mike Ingram, came on board at EDS 20 years ago. He progressed through his role as Construction Superintendent to his current role as Operations Manager. Mike is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering. His past experience includes 20 years as an electrical engineer/computer engineer in several management roles.
In his position with EDS, Mike coordinates all schedules for the crews in collaboration with the needs of the project management team. In addition to managing the crew schedules for all team members, he is also responsible for maintaining all aspects of our fleet vehicles.
Mike has created and produced our safety program manual, and collaborates with other team members on OSHA Safety programs and compliance.
Jackie Silveri joined EDS 6 years ago as Director of Marketing where she manages all of the strategic and tactical aspects of the organization’s marketing, advertising, and communications functions. Jackie’s past experiences include over 20 years in marketing and advertising management; the majority of which were within the construction industry. She is a graduate of Immaculata University with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and healthcare management; and a certification in digital/social media marketing. She has earned several restoration industry certifications including her 30 Hour OSHA Safety Certification. In her position, Jackie manages all of the company’s trade show events and conferences; and is actively involved in many associations – both locally and regionally.
Pam Maciolek is our Office Manager and Controller. She directly manages our admin team while keeping the office running smoothly. As Controller, Pam manages the financial functions for the business and directs the activities of the accounts payable and accounts receivable coordinators.
During her 30 year tenure, Pam has completed several continuing education programs on software, accounting, and office management.
Danielle Mohan is our newest addition to the EDS team. She works as our Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. She is typically your first point of contact when you call into our office! Danielle has worked as an Admin for more than 15 years and takes pride in helping others. Danielle enters all job information into our system and connects customers to operations and project management to schedule services. Additionally, Danielle serves as Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
Melissa Ughy is one of our Administrative Assistants. Under the direction of the Office Manager, Melissa performs Accounts Payable tasks and coordinates special projects. Melissa serves as administrative assistant for the executive management team.
Before joining EDS 21 years ago, Melissa spent 10 years in various administrative roles in several healthcare and energy companies.
During her tenure, she has completed several continuing education courses in computer software.
