Nikki Steltenkamp is General Manager of Eastern Diversified Services. Prior to joining EDS, Nikki worked in the automotive industry, managing engineering design, manufacturing, and product planning at Stellantis. Her work includes launching the 2019 Ram 1500 truck and designing the front suspension for the 2022 Grand Wagoneer. She was also the first employee at Verne, a startup building scalable hydrogen fuel storage for heavy trucking. Nikki is passionate about serving EDS’ customers with best-in-class restoration and reconstruction services.
Nikki holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In her free time, she loves hiking, kayaking, reading, and spending time with her family.
As President and as an Owner of Eastern Diversified Services, Inc., Mark Guinther has earned the designation of Certified Restorer from the National Institute of Disaster Restoration/Restoration Industry Association. He also holds a degree from Spring Garden College in Construction Engineering.
Mark first joined EDS in 1992 and has advanced through several executive management positions, before his current position as President.
His extensive wealth of restoration knowledge and experience along with his construction education has been a great asset to the organization.
With over 30 years of restoration experience with EDS, Mark has worked on many significant projects over the years. He regularly works with various universities, retirement communities, and school districts, as well as a variety of property management organizations.
In addition to being a Certified Restorer, Mark Guinther holds a variety of specialty certifications including CMRS, WRT, WLS, and OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety.
Mark is an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Matt Ziegler is one of our Senior Project Managers and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to your project. With over 25 years in the construction and restoration industry, Matt has earned a multitude of certifications; including Certified Mold Restoration Specialist, Water Loss Specialist, Applied Structural Drying, EPA Lead Renovator, and CERC/Healthcare Infection Control. Matt is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College with a degree in Business Administration and Economics.
As a Senior Project Manager, Matt has vast experience leading teams and managing many noteworthy projects. He has managed many of our education and healthcare projects including hospitals, medical centers, universities and school districts. Matt also has a wide range of experience managing restoration projects for multi-family/property management organizations.
While Matt's project management experience for emergency restoration is top notch, he also has an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple long term large loss projects simultaneously.
Tom Lynch is a Senior Project Manager with 25 years of combined experience in new construction and restoration. He has been employed with EDS for over 15 years working on a variety of emergency restoration projects, and in large commercial and residential general contracting and management settings.
With 25 years of experience, Tom is able to manage large commercial and large residential losses simultaneously while also providing his experience to other restoration needs on a daily basis.
Tom has earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California University of Pennsylvania majoring in Business Management.
During his tenure with our organization, Tom has earned multiple certifications including Water Loss Specialist, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire and Smoke Restoration Specialist. He has also earned his 30 Hour OSHA Construction Certification.
Tom has managed several large and significant restoration projects in the education and healthcare sectors; most notably projects at several K-12 educational facilities, large hospital facilities, several senior living facilities, and multi-family / property management facilities.
Tom also manages disinfection services for a variety of businesses in office space, retail, financial industry, healthcare, and in public and private school settings.
In his free time, Tom and his wife love watching their kids play sports, (baseball and field hockey). Tom also enjoys golfing and surf fishing, as well as spending time with their dogs.
Jackie Silveri joined EDS in 2014 as Director of Marketing where she manages all of the strategic and tactical aspects of the organization’s marketing, advertising, and communications functions. Jackie’s past experiences include over 20 years in marketing and communications management.
She is a graduate of Immaculata University with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and healthcare management; and two marketing accreditations from the Digital Marketing Institute, (CDMP & PCM).
She has also earned several restoration industry certifications including her 30 Hour OSHA Safety Certification. In 2022, she earned 6 additional certifications through the FEMA Institute. In her position, Jackie oversees all of the company’s trade show events and conferences; and is actively involved in many associations – both locally and regionally.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys the sport of triathlon, swim-bike-run, and has trained and raced in Ironman. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
Pam Maciolek is our Office Manager and Controller. She directly manages our admin team while keeping the office running smoothly. As Controller, Pam manages the financial functions for the business and directs the activities of the accounts payable and accounts receivable coordinators.
During her 30 year tenure, Pam has completed several continuing education programs on software, accounting, and office management.
When not at work, Pam loves to spend her free time at the beach, and enjoys time with her family and her 5 grandsons.
Melissa Ughy is one of our Administrative Assistants. Under the direction of the Office Manager, Melissa performs Accounts Payable tasks and coordinates special projects. Melissa serves as an administrative assistant for the executive management team.
Before joining EDS 21 years ago, Melissa spent 10 years in various administrative roles in several healthcare and energy companies.
During her tenure, she has completed several continuing education courses in computer software.
Melissa is a lover of nature. She loves to take her daily walk, no matter what the weather! Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their son and daughter in law, and they all love going hiking together.
